This actually tastes pretty good. I suggest after you’re done drinking it fill the bottle with a little bit of water and drink the rest that would be otherwise left in the bottle.

Taste great, you can make it with water however I prefer to use oat milk. Either way it is great for travel. It does need to be refrigerated. Once you activate the oats, so you need access to a refrigerator You can just rinse and recycle the container after you consume the oats.
