It work to clean. No miracles.
I have begun buying used CDs from a Amazon and EB Sellers. I clean them with this solution and a microfiber cloth. It works.

Excellent product for cleaning brand-new 4K HD DVD's (or other discs). It does EXACTLY what it's designed to do. It's NOT a scratch-remover or fixer. This is simply a var safe and effective cleaner to keep your discs CLEAN. We clean ours when they are new, and keep them minty-fresh and clean. This mitigates read errors of various kinds. WORTH. EVERY. PENNY.
