Are these lemon drops better or worse than the Brachs (full sugar) drops?

I like them better as they don't taste as sweet. They also have a little tang like a real lemon

They're sour on the outside, but get sweet pretty quickly. I think they're perfect!

Does the sugar dusting keep them from sticking together?

Yes and the flavor of what I got was very good. No sticking together and really not that much sugar dusting.
