Quality products from a Quality company
The PS5 console with astro bot game download is perfect for my grand kids and I enjoy it as well, the price is reasonable and the quality is unquestionable

Open Box Playstation 5 delivered quickly and was just like new
I was skeptical about ordering a PS5 that wasn't technically brand new but the savings was significant - about $100. Amazon's listing approach is very frustrating because I thought I had bought an "open box" item, but when I tried to check and re-check it just wasn't clear to me what I had ordered. I should have done a screen shot of the order before I hit the "buy" button. Based on other reviews here, this seemed like a crap shoot so I wasn't sure what to expect. Great news is that the PS5 Astrobot bundle that I purchased arrived very quickly and was just like brand new! All the pieces were still in the original plastic packaging individually. No marks or scuffs at all on the hardware. The only thing that seemed unusual to me was that when I first booted up the system, it defaulted to Spanish. My high school Spanish lessons stuck with me enought to kind of know what I was looking at! I've had this now for a little less than two weeks and have used the PS5 every day, playing games and watching a TV series on DVD. Works like a charm every time!

Well worth the wait & value
My husband couldn't be happier with his birthday gift surprise. The price for the value was great! Easy instructions to set up and pairing the controllers was a breeze!!

Great Value
I have been a gamer since i was kid, have had every PlayStation except for the original. This is well worth the price and runs so much quicker than the PS4. controller feels really nice and it came with Astro Bot, which i haven't played yet but i have heard many good things about. Great console

Inaccessible game code
The only reason I put one star less, the coupon code to access the astro bot game was unusable. The seal was so sticky, that it took away some portion of the code, making me lose a $50 good to play game.
