Ruby Chocolate Chips by Callebaut - Small 200g resealable Bag

The chocolate is always great from this company , it easily melts with hot water , Improved a hot chocolate by added these and they melted great , you have one and think yeah that's good then another and another just morish, what I was surprised with the most were the packaging nuts (wotsits ) they were basically wotsits made from corn and instantly desolve with a bit of water so all the packing is recyclable ******** I'd give more stars if I could

i got these to make a chocolate whipped cream cake filling, was supper yummy but did not turn up in the posh pouch as shown

OMG how strange this chocolate is and very moreish and delicious too. It is a natural chocolate made from an unusual cocoa bean and tastes sort of fruity and chocolatey at the same time but it has not been flavoured in any way.

Very disappointed. Nobody liked the taste of these. I thought they were a bit greasy but hey-ho, I've tried them but will stick to my regular flavours from now on.

Delicious, but the chips were much smaller than I expected. I bought it to eat, not to melt, so it was inconvenient. Otherwise, the chocolate itself is great, it's genuinely ruby chocolate. Update: I'm buying a second bag, this time a 1kg one because it was just not enough ❤

Really interesting to try this ‘new’ type of chocolate...., it’s really sweet - similar to white chocolate yet with a slight tang of berries.

Previously had ruby chocolate from elsewhere and it has a fruity taste, this just tastes like white chocolate!! dont buy it!!! I then tempered it to the temperatures ruby chocolate should be taken to multiple times and it never worked!!! its not real ruby chocolate!!!

Chocolate fine but didn’t come in resealable bag as description and photo, just clear plastic bag with no evidence of being callebaut chocolate.
