THIS! I can finally do pull ups with all three bands connected. The double foot holders work very well, especially for getting into it initially. My old band was awkward and not supportive enough to help me do even one pull up. I am confident that I will be able to work up to two and then one band. Over time I will be able to do pull ups without bands. These bands feel durable and I am hopeful they will last as long as I need.

As advertised!

These are great. It would be nice if they had some lower resistance bands to swap in. Having to make a 75 lb jump in resistance is pretty big.

Everton really loved it at the gym.
