Is Hydrogenated coconut and palm oils healthy to use? I’ve heard it’s a really unhealthy product.

It's a matter of preference actually depends on when you are planning on using it, you can just buy coconut oil.a Doctor recommended it they wouldn't recommend something that's not Healthy.
