Greta product, easy to use! I sprained my ankle and was on crutches for a week before I could even walk okay in a walking boot. This brace added more support once I was ready to ditch the boot. For the first week I did wrap an ace bandage over it for even more support. But now I use it whenever I’m doing any more walking than around the house. Also, works great for the gym, I’m using the recumbent bike. It’s been 65 days since initial injury.

Provides good support of your ankle while still allowing movement. I wear a size 7.5-8 women's and got a medium which was too big (The heel part came up to my mid-foot which made it difficult to move my foot up and down) and the company sent me a small within a few days! I highly recommend!
