This creatine does exactly what I was looking for. The powder is fine and mixes fairly well in water or a protein shake without leaving a lot of grit at the bottom of the glass. There’s no noticeable taste, which makes it easy to add to whatever I’m already drinking. I've been using it consistently as part of my workout routine and haven't experienced any stomach discomfort or other issues.

It’s what it says it is, and it’s a great price. As I’ve passed 50 workouts are harder and recovery is slower, been reading all the benefits of creatine and figured why not? And hey, it works! It’s not a miracle supplement but it has boosted my workouts and helped with soreness/fatigue. Can’t speak to the mental alertness some have claimed, but I’m not mega dosing it. It dissolves ok in warm water, not so well in cold, zero taste to it, and sometimes I just eat a spoon raw, it’s crunchy but not unpleasant. If you’re on the fence, try it, at this price you can’t go wrong.
