The keys have resistance to being pushed down. About the same as pressing middle-C on my piano.

Is the keyboard better than yamaha psr e363?

Way better. The psr is an under $200 board, the ctx5000 is $450. The ctx5000 KILLS IT, amazing bang for the buck: fantastic speakers, really decent sounds, reasonably user friendly
