This wound dressing has a lot of cushion. I should have paid more attention to the size though. It was actually a bit too large for the area it was needed for. Fortunately the would has healed and the dressing is no longer needed however I'd certainly buy this brand again...but pay attention to the size.

I bought these for my mom when she got pressure sores on her bottom. They are a bit pricey but work great for her.
