Don't buy. Item worked fine until it needed recharged. Won't recharge. I tried to give no stars but you have to give at least one.

It's not very comfortable. It sticks out from the ear a fair bit and it moves whenever you move your jaw. The sound can be very tiny sounding.

Did not turn on. I’m petite. These are huge and hang outside the ear. Do not lie flat in ear as pictured. Can’t speak to the vol7me as it did not turn on after charging

Got these for my mom. She fought us on wearing the larger over the ear type. She like this one, although it does have feedback sometimes when i serting into the ear. But it fits well and it works, she can hear. We dont have to blast the tv and yell at her for her to hear us. Battery life is decent. Charges in the box. It has the charging wire but no wall plug. My mom does not have a computer or anything like that to charge them, so had to purchase that separately. Wish it would have come with a wall plug.

They made a huge difference in my hearing. People around me were good they didn't have to repeat themselves. There are some drawbacks.. static at times, and leaning on certain Fabrics like a leather couch or a leather seats in a car creates an incessant beep. I fiddle with it to quiet it. Overall it's certainly worth it

They're huge and cumbersome. They've also quit working already. I would not recommend these.

I bought this for my dad and he really likes them they are very good quality they have good quality sound and very precise and clear they do stay in you do have to work with them and find how they fit in each ear and personally adjust them for your own fit but he's very happy with the quality and for the price I know that the nursing staff also commented on the beautiful case and how easy they were to charge and they hold a charge for quite some time but I really like the quality of the sound that comes from them and for the price ... Pretty great, the volume is easy to adjust and so is the on and off the design is sleek.
