The item arrived in good condition. I've been taking the supplement for about 2 weeks. I have more energy and I feel like it helps. Im in my mid 50's, so I need all the help I can get. I will be purchasing this item in the future. Side note ; I have not experienced any negative side effects, except my urine is bright yellow.

I have MTHFR which is a methylation issue. Many have this and have no idea. Basically you can't detox efficiently and on top of it your body can't utilize very well if at all the standard forms of B12 and folate. What we do need to detox is the L-METHYL form of b12 and folate. These are the two most important methylators but there are other "donors" to detoxing and other B vitamins that contribute and you want all of them to be able to detox efficiently. Folic Acid is synthetic and really is not good for you, its man made. You must get Folate. Even if you dont have the MTHFR mutation this is the best form of B12 and anyone can take it. HIGHLY recommend especially if you have MTHFR. You know its working because you might get headache or feel "off" but that is because you are detoxing and its a reaction. That slowly goes away and you start to feel good because you are getting rid of toxins. The capsules are easy to swallow, there is no "smell" and hard to beat a full B-complex that is methylated and the value for your money goes a long way.

I think this is a good vitamin. I b ought because I heard it will help with stopping the ringing in my ears. I have only been taking the BioActive Vitamin B Complex for 2 weeks and have not noticed a difference with the ringing in my ears. I feel like I need to give it a few more weeks. I feel like it is easy to take and it is not as hard on my stomach as other vitamin b's that I have taken. That is a plus. I feel the value for this vitamin B is good, and I like the capsule better then the hard vitamins. They are easier for me to take. I think if you are look for a vitamin B, this is a good one to give a try.
