These are a game-changer. I have done acupuncture and traditional Chinese cupping for years. I saw the silicon cupping demonstrated on YouTube and took a chance. With some back tightness at the end of the day, these are easy to use to increase stretching and promote blood circulation. So much so that I purchased a set for my son.

I bought these based on the great reviews. I have seen the videos and followed the instructions but I don't think it compares to regular cups with a pump. From my experience, You can't really cup most body parts and i'm talking about body parts that you work out. The suction is not great and sometimes pop off. Depending on the area being cupped, You can't use both hands to push down for suction so you have to squeeze and push it against the skin for suction. Which is what I usually do for my shoulder...use that as an example. Anyway, I think that I am going to order some regular cups with the pump, which are not that expensive on this site. Just to compare the two. With these, you get what you get with suction. On the other hand, cups that use a pump can control the suction pressure.

These are great. My physical therapist recommended them and they help for sure. Easy to use. I should have gotten 2 sets though.

The quality is great but the sizes are meant for people with really big builds. Only 2nd smallest cup worked around my neck. The rest is too big to stay on the back

I've been a neuromuscular massage therapist for the past 15 years and I use cups in my practice. I've purchased other cups from a different vendor in the past which were inferior. These cups are high quality so if you want the best option for your money I highly recommend this product.
