Overall good, may need to add washer to increase spread range
Worked week for shock spread removal, but need to add washers between spreader screw and opposite base to increase spread range

Don't waist your money
Im a machanic been in this carrier for going on 20 years. I would not recommend this product its way to thick and hasn't fit any of the vehicles iv tried to use it on. I still have to spread the joint first using other tools then this tool will fit.

Buy 2 and they are worth it
2014 Dodge Dart SXT. Works ok when taking outildstrut. The deep oval on one side matches the Knuckle bolt pass through. The flat side is ok, but the side wings interfere with seating and need to be ground off. The screw could be 1/2 inch longer. If you're working on a Dart, get OEM struts. I got the TRQ and they are 2-3 mm bigger than OEM. Good luck getting them to seat in the Knuckle. Overall, this helped IMMENSELY, I do recommend getting 2. They took a beating from a 5 lb single jack and 1 lb ball pean and are still in great shape. Oh and a torch was used too. BUY TWO!!!!

Must Have if replacing struts or lower ball joint in Nissan Rogue 2019
I give it 5 starts just because it did work but I ended up bending the pins, but ther than that was a really easy to replace my struts,It's a must have if you are doing struts on a Nissan Rogue 2019 and it will work for the lower ball joint if you're not replacing the whole control arm ,10$ CAD well spend for a DIY project I will buy again

Works Well, Great For The Price
Used this to spread the knuckle on my 2012 Ford Focus (MK3), and it worked quite well. It was sturdy and held in place through the removal and re-installation of the strut. It's a very simple mechanism/tool so it works decently well, especially for the price. One thing of note is that the spreader end seems somewhat thick. If the gap in your suspension knuckle is less than ~5mm then this might not fit.
