looking for hard sided case with trolley wheels, lockable, good size to carry mediciation in would this be suitable or could you recommend another

it is good value for money and of reasonable construction durable and smooth. I have paid a lot more for this style of flight case from the company that manufacture my audio kit. Be prepared to argue if it is sized right for carry on OK with Emirates, Air France, BA and Lufthansa.

I can't answer your question exactly. I just wanted to warn you that I bought this case a year or so ago and with the third time of use the lock wouldn't open. It has a very poor locking mechanism. Also the case lid only opens half the lid to it has quite limited access to the storage container. All told I wouldn't recommend this case!
