Love it way more than my Whoop
I switched from a Whoop, in part because it still wasn't totally comfortable sleeping with it on, and because the annual subscription was so expensive... I was originally waiting for the Ringconn Gen 3 to come out, but then I lost my Whoop charger on a plane, so I ended up grabbing the Gen 2... So happy I did! I may upgrade later, but honestly, the Ringconn Gen 2 is ticking all my boxes so far. It's super comfortable to wear, I normally wear it on my middle finger of my right hand (I'm left handed) but it also fits perfectly on my index finger, so I can switch it over if I get that soft soggy white ring rash, and just wear it for a few days on the other finger. The battery life is great, I just got into a routine of charging it on a Sunday afternoon while I'm chilling, and it only takes an hour or so to fully charge. It still has a few days charge left if I'm busy and don't get to do it on a Sunday, but I like the routine. I wear an Apple Watch Ultra for most of my fitness tracking, but the Rigconn actually picks up those short duration activities that the Apple Watch doesn't... spend 20-30 mins mixing and laying concrete or doing yard work, and Ringconn picks it up, while the Apple Watch typically won't. I also like that it's measuring the morning light exposure during the first hour after wake up... this one surprised me, but it's actually using it's sensors to detect the intensity and color of the light after you wake up... getting natural sunlight after you wake up helps depress melatonin production and improves wakefulness... it gives you a running measure of your wake up light exposure and differentiates between natural and artificial light! The app seems to be constantly improving. This was the one perceived weakness with Ringconn, but I can honestly say that I have seen clear signs that they are actively developing the app in the right direction, and also that they have been extremely responsive to user feedback... the responses to questions and feedback have been way more than canned or AI generated replies, they truly seem to welcome and respond to feedback. I love the no subscription model, and that they openly share data with Apple Health so it drives other apps as well if I want more specialized focus, but honestly, I think they are quietly building out their app in all the right areas, and I'm loving the platform. I have friends with other devices, and the Ringconn seems generally more compact and wearable than most I've seen. I'm so glad I switched, and I won't feel bad if I invest later in the Gen 3, but I don't feel like I'm missing anything now, so it will be because it offers something else I want, not because it fixes a gap in the current iteration!

Game Changer for Sleep Apnea & Daily Activity
I’ve been using the RingConn Gen 2 for a while now, and it has become an essential part of my daily routine. As someone managing sleep apnea, the level of detail this ring provides is incredible. It tracks my AHI (Apnea-Hypopnea Index) and blood oxygen levels throughout the night, which gives me peace of mind and real data I can actually use to monitor my health. What I love: • Sleep Tracking: The sleep apnea monitoring is top-notch. It even flagged a significant oxygen drop for me, which really helps in understanding my sleep quality. • Step Counting: It’s surprisingly accurate with steps. I’ve compared it to other trackers, and it holds its own perfectly. • Comfort: It's lightweight and comfortable enough to wear all day and night without irritation. The Trade-off: The only thing to keep in mind is the battery life. While it’s rated for longer, using it as a dedicated sleep apnea and oxygen tracker means the battery drains a bit faster—I usually get about 7 days out of it. Honestly, for the amount of vital data it’s pulling while I sleep, that’s a trade-off I’m more than happy to make. If you’re looking for a discreet, powerful way to track your health and sleep, I can’t recommend this enough!

Incredible health tracking device
I’ve been very pleased with the RingCon. It’s lightweight, comfortable to wear all day and night, and the battery life is outstanding compared to many other wearable devices. The sleep, activity, and wellness tracking features provide useful insights without requiring a bulky smartwatch. The app is easy to navigate, and the ring feels durable and well-made. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone looking for a discreet and convenient way to monitor their health and fitness.

Great tracking and battery life, but the black finish scratches easily
I’m very happy with my RingConn ring overall. Functionally, it does exactly what I wanted it to do. I really appreciate how much it tracks, and it has been a good fit for my needs. Being able to get it with my FSA card was also a huge plus. The charging setup is simple, and the battery life has been great. I don’t feel like I’m constantly having to worry about keeping it charged, which makes it much easier to wear daily. My only real complaint is the durability of the black finish. I work with my hands a lot, and with normal day-to-day handling of different materials, the ring has picked up scratches pretty quickly. The ring itself still works great, but cosmetically the black version does not seem to hold up very well if you use your hands a lot for work. Overall, I really like the ring and would recommend it for the tracking features, comfort, charging, and battery life. I just wish the black finish was more scratch resistant, especially for people who wear it while working.

Good but Battery not great.
The RingConn Gen 2 Smart Ring is an ultra-lightweight, impressively thin wearable that features a sleek design and highly accurate health data tracking, though the battery performance degrades noticeably after six months of daily use. ⭐⭐⭐ Accurate Data Tracking and Comfort, but Battery Degrades Fast Over Time "I was incredibly excited to buy the RingConn Gen 2, especially since it is the first smart ring to offer a dedicated sleep apnea monitoring feature. From a design standpoint, it is a triumph. It is unbelievably thin, lightweight, and so comfortable that I completely forget I am wearing it. I have also been deeply impressed by the tracking accuracy. Unlike other wearables, the step counter is spot-on, the sleep data aligns perfectly with my actual patterns, and the heart rate monitoring is incredibly reliable even during intense workouts. Unfortunately, the longevity of the battery leaves a lot to be desired. While it initially lasted well over a week on a single charge right out of the box, the battery performance has dropped off a cliff after just six months of daily wear. I am now lucky if I get three to four days of use before needing to pop it back into the charging case. It is a beautiful piece of hardware with fantastic, dependable software tracking, but the rapid battery degradation over time is a major disappointment for a premium device." ## Product Breakdown * Ultra-Thin Form Factor: Exceptionally slim and lightweight layout that offers maximum comfort for 24/7 continuous wear. * Highly Accurate Metrics: Delivers incredibly reliable sleep stage data, heart rate tracking, and precise step counting during daily activities. * Advanced Sleep Health: Introduces specialized sleep apnea screening metrics alongside standard blood oxygen measurements. * Noticeable Battery Degradation: Standalone battery life drops significantly after six months of continuous charging cycles, requiring much more frequent recharges. Verdict: An outstanding health tracker that sets a high standard for comfort and data accuracy, but is held back by disappointing long-term battery endurance. ------------------------------

6 Months In and I Still Love It!
I love it!! I’ve had it for 6 months now and it’s the perfect addition. I don’t ever have to worry about it. I wear it on the go in New York City, to the gym, yoga class, the steam room, even bowling and no issues. Still looks and functions like new. If you’re questioning it just get it. See the pictures for how it looks after 6 months - barely a scratch At first I did find it a little annoying since I never wear rings but now some days I forget it’s even there - crazy how quickly the brain adapts. The on the go charger has been the best part. In the 6 months I still haven’t needed to charge the case so seems like it’s even better than advertised. Now for the sensors - I used to have a fitbit and honestly find this ring way more accurate. The sleep data is so specific and I love it! It’s part of my morning routine now to look through all the stats on the subway to work. The vital signs are also pretty accurate. When I go to the doctor it almost exactly aligns with the measurements they take. I will say though that the tracking for the type of exercise (running vs biking etc) is lacking. I don’t personally track exercise past steps but if you’re looking for a detailed workout analysis this probably won’t be what you want. They do push out new app updates and ring updates every couple months (at least 3 since I got it) so I’m sure that feature is coming. and finally - the app. It is definitely more bare bones than Oura but I only care about the metrics and no monthly fee. It totally gets the job done and you can add home screen widgets to track steps, stress level, daily scores, etc. I do use that as a quick glance to see how active I’ve been throughout the day. There are a ton of features I don’t even use so definitely something for everybody. Overall - I would 100% buy it again and am trying to convince my parents that they need one too!

Useful data that is reliable up to a point
My sense is that with RingCon versus the alternative that requires paying a monthly fee for service, is that RingCon is more than good enough to avoid paying a monthly fee. That said with all of the ring based solutions they are best used for everything except exercise. For that you really want something that fits as a band on your wrist to obtain accurate exercise data. But if you are looking for sleep data then RingCon certainly works very good for this purpose. Monitoring through the day also is good though if you are constantly having to remove the ring because of something you are doing with your hands, perhaps this might not be the best solution. One fear based upon reading on the Internet is battery longevity. The Internet suggests that the ring's battery will loose the ability to hold a charge in a year's time. Likely this could be because of the very small battery embedded in the ring is worked hard and over a year time gives up. The battery is not replaceable given it is encased in epoxy that seals the ring such that you can wash with the ring on. Apparently there is a trade in option and I believe the cost is $100. Which suggests that the long term cost of using the ring is not a usage fee, but $10/month given the battery wears out. Likely the competition isn't saying this such that their cost of operation is their monthly fee plus whatever it costs to replace their ring in a year or so... Would I buy this again? I want to say no. I found that after a month I learned all I needed from the data and the data wasn't changing. In the end it cost me the price of the ring to learn to solve why I wasn't getting a good night's sleep. Though it could be said that the ring's cost was cheap if that is the case.

Great ring, yes it's a little pricey, but it works like it is supposed to!
I first tried a cheap smart ring ($60), and while the hardware was somewhat impressive, the app was junk: not specific to the particular ring. This RingConn ring, and app, however, are the real deal! The ring is well made, its inside surface is made so that it tends to stay in place on your finger without rotating around over time. The charge lasts a very long time, and so far after about a month, the ring still works and charges perfectly. The titanium exterior apparently really does resist scratches, because mine still looks new and I wear it 24/7, except for charging. I swim daily, and wear the ring without issues, it really is waterproof. Too bad it does not have a dedicated tracker for swimming (you have to edit that into the app data after the swim session), but I also use it for walking in our neighborhood, and that dedicated function tracks accurately, in tandem with Google Maps, to show the route you walked. Sleep data is fairly accurate, though it finds REM during some of the time I was awake, which is not correct. It also has twice counted time in my recliner watching TV (before going to bed) as if I had gone to bed, but that data can be easily edited the next morning if necessary. Sleep apnea tracking is a nice touch, it says I probably have mild apnea, which is correct (it would be worse if I did not tape my mouth at night!). Vital signs seem to be accurate, it detects periods of exertion when you are working your body hard. The heart rate is correct even when the ring is wet, which was not the case with my previous cheapie. The "stress" measurement must be based on the HRV value, not sure if that is really helpful for me. I purchased a size 13 after trying sizes in the sizing kit--don't skip that step, because this ring has an unusual inner surface and you need to make sure to get a size that works on your fingers. Turns out that 13 is a handy size for me, because I can wear the ring on a choice of 3 different fingers, meaning I can switch hands when I need to. According to the AI in the app, the ring finger doesn't make any difference. Just keep in mind that none of these smart rings, including the Oura, are medical devices--that is, they are not directly measuring most of the information that they display. Instead, these readings are calculated using complex algorithms based on data obtained by the sensors in the ring, so they are really estimates and should be viewed over time, to see trends. Some readings are more accurate than others, like heart rate is more directly measured than REM, for instance. There's certainly room for improvement, but all in all, this is a good product!

Excellent Product and Value for money
First check the best fit of ring size using the size kit. Writing this review after 45 days, Looks elegant, works excellent, Battery Remains 10 days, Perfectly syncs with the phone. Don't feeling wearing it. App is too professional and provides loads of information on the Vitals, Sleep, Activity and Stress. Ai based plan needs a lot of improvement (still in beta), finding cumulative monthly achievements in the app is bit hard. Sometimes the info provided by app seems to be overwhelming. Sleep Apnea Tracking is good and looks suggestive. Only after couple of months it can be confirmed. Otherwise a best product that comes without any subscription and doing it's job so well. Kudoos to Ringconn Team.

Prodotto ottimo e affidabile
Arrivato in tempo record perfettamente imballato.
