This Lysine supplement is great!!! I know that there is real ingredients in this product, because I can smell and taste the garlic as I swallow the pills. I recommend this product!!

You have to take three for the recommended dose
Everything about this is great except for you have to take three to get the recommended dose. I already take too many vitamins. I donโt need to be taking three of one thing.

Great for immune function
I have tried MANY supplements for vagal nerve issues, EDS, MCAS and this was one of only a few that I consistently keep as part of my daily regimen. It has helped my immune system allergies and weirdly enough suppressed my appetite a bit! I am a return customer x2
