I promptly returned this. Cheaply made and useless for its intended purpose. Get a different one for catching sparrows. Would only be suitable for catching stuffed birds if they were placed inside by human hands. They still might actually get out, even if they are stuffed animals. It’s that bad.

Great trap! Caught many sparrows with this.

Worked OK for one bird then the rest were wise to it.

Save your money, don't buy this product. I've had it out for a week with bird seed as bait and it has not trapped a single sparrow or anything else for that matter.
