Gets the Job Done
I needed an everyday case for my Minimed 780G insulin pump, and I wanted it shipped quickly. When this came, I was surprised at how well it fit the pump and on my belt. I'm counting it among my finds of items that aren't expensive but serve their stated purpose well.

Fits my Medtronic insulin pump perfectly!
Unfortunately Medtronic makes a clip which is flimsy and they barely last a week with me. But I’ve had this for a few months and it works fine.

Cheap
Cheaply made does not hold the pump well. Anytime I bend down to pick something up the pump slides out falling on the floor. The clip on the back is horrible too, doesn't hot to any material

Poor quality of the product
Picture or description of the product is not the same as what I got. The description says brown but I got a mustard color. Even picture was different

It was a 2 in a half stars because the protection of the case was hard to click the button and I was really hard putting it on my waist, and I don’t know anything good about it

Merely Adequate for my Medtronic 780G Insulin Pump
Look - if you need a case that hangs from your neck and has a clear front panel for interacting with your pump - this case - unfortunately - is the only game in town. Too bad it is made of a very thin 'leatherlike' material. Feels more like a cardboard box. I'd pay three times as much for better materials. I don't expect that this case will hold up over time - so be prepared to replace it frequently. Also not happy with magnetic top strap (very thin and flimsy) - would rather see a snap/fastener mechanism instead - to secure my $8000.00 pump. Also, really need to keep 'magnets' far away from Medical Devices as per recent FDA warnings. Simply, overpriced for what it is - considering quality and cheap-flimsy design/materials.

Not suitable for longevity
Ordered Nov 2025 and the back clip already snapped off 3 months later. It’s not very durable

Semi durable - starts to Frey after 2 months
Daughter uses this for insulin pump. 60 days in and we need to replace this. If this was quality material it would last longer and we would recommend
