This truly is a form of therapy. The Red Light treatment is great and has helped me tremendously. It’s relaxing at first, but with continued use, I can tell it has helped the muscles in my back (and other areas). They are not as tight and are mire more relaxed. I plan to continue using it daily.

This item is well made, has a storage bag, may provide benefit to those who ensure regular usage.
