This is one of my favorite freeze dried meal. It’s spicy, rehydrates well and the pieces are bite sized and perfect for on the go. I’m a travel nurse and I work 24 hours 7 days on and 7 days off. You never know what kind of situation you’ll walk into when you’re going into someone else’s home. I love these because you can eat it right out of the pack and all you need is hot water.

I ordered this and the Creme Brule which is delicious and IMO easier to prepare. I made this just now and it took at least a solid minute of brisk stirring in a small glass bowl just to get the powder together and into a batter with still having some on the rim of the bowl. Just a minor annoyance and didn't affect the final result. Came out a thick pudding with a slight cheesy tang, great deep chocolate flavor and a nice silky texture. The cookie crumble was the best part and they absolutely need to double the amount included. looks like the name brand cookies, tasted like them as well. Overall a solid effort and not a bad product but I won't be restocking. I have another one to eat which may change my mind/review. As with the other dessert, the ingredients list is extensive and gave me pause. This one seems even longer.

It’s a wonderful desert easy to make just add water or any liquid I used orange juice once because chocolate and orange are a great combination. I wish this was around when I did the most of my backpacking back in the 1970’s

Doesn't really have that cheesecake flavor. Has a chocolate pudding texture with a cookie crumb "crust" that you add in at the end. Enjoyable, but I was hoping for that slight tang with cheesecake.
