It claims to be pressed and crystallized grapefruit juice with, "no artificial sweeteners, colors, sodium or preservatives" according to the package.

can you use this with carbonated water such as soda stream?

Absolutely! That is what I use it for; I use 1-2 packets in my water bottle and add carbonated water. (Just add it AFTER it has been carbonated)

Is there any maltodextrin in this product?

I don’t know. It’s nasty! It smells like cat urine and tastes horrible! It takes about 5 packets to make it like one glass of gf juice and it still doesn’t taste right.
