So far I'm loving this chaga mushroom elixir. I've been drinking it 3 days in a row by mixing it in with a little vanilla almond milk & honey (instead of water as the package says). The taste kind of reminds me a bit of the postum I used to drink as a kid. It already seems to have some magical kind of juju working because I've been battling with sinus issues for 6 weeks taking all sorts of immunity building supplements and after only a few days of drinking this my sinuses are clearing up enough so I can stop taking decongestants and sleep through the night without my nose stuffing up. I will definitely buy this again!

I ordered Chaga Mushroom Elixir after finding out about its health benefits. I dissolve it in my morning cup of coffee. And it truly works. I feel more stimulated after drinking it, versus just drinking regular coffee. I feel more energetic throughout the day. I do not feel that my coffee tastes or smell any different with Chaga in it. However, I gave my mom a taste and she said, she can smell Chaga. Previously ordered Lion's Mane from Four Sigmatic and had a great experience with the product. At the time I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes and found that Lion's Mane helps with the condition. after taking it for just a few months, I did a blood test and my results greatly improved. It is now back to the normal range.

This is an acquired taste moment... I didn't need to go that route. My husband cannot stand it. My son cannot stand it. LoL I don't care! As I find it oddly yummers! It doesn't taste like mushrooms - hard to describe really. I drink it mixed with hot water as a "tea" and have at times added a bit of cream to it - Amazing flavor! I have mixed it into coffee...can't even really tell it's there. I have blended it into a chocy yogurt shake and, I cannot tell it is in there. When I just do it with water and no add-in's it will actually give me a sense of calm. Not that putting it in anything else jacks me up...but I feel a nice calm time settle in from just straight up. It's just an interesting and glorious product.

Have suffered from ortho-anorexia due to lots of emotional trauma (usually briefly episodic)... some of the ingredients set me off.... Damn olfactory limbic system.....! Hahaha! I thought this product would taste different than what it actually tasted like. But it FEELS good... and not emotionally, but, you know, physiologically... Yeah... physiological-psychological versus psycho-physiological! Meaning... sounds kind of weird the way I am describing it, but.. the healing nature of the whole food adaptogenic herbs in it... made me feel physiologically, well, thus, I psychologically feel well through a fixed interval of environment settings. I feel like this might cure my symptoms. Thank you FourSigmatic. Always believed in you as an amazing and integral Entity. I know sound a little childish and vulnerable in this review... but I hope it helps others that benefit from health conscious lifestyles.

I have 1 packet daily, in the morning, instead if other tea, or coffee. The flavor is a little earthy, and reminds one of coffee. I add some cinnamon and small scoop of coconut keto protein powder, as part of my daily health routine. I also have tje other elixirs and have grown very very much routine expectation "dependent " if you want to call it that. Daily routine !!! So many benefits .

I am very happy with my purchases of Chaga Mushroom Elixer mix. Since I started drinking it every day a few months ago, I haven't come down with any of the colds or other bugs that have been going around at work and at home. Whilst I don't like the taste of it by itself, I find that putting it in a cup of strong tasting tea (Echinacea Plus or Detox, etc. with a spoonful of honey,) it's really pleasant and drinkable. I'm loving the boost to my immune system, and if it only costs just over a dollar a day to fight of sniffles and colds, it's well worth it.

This has been a really great alternative to coffee for me (still love the coffee, I just need a day off now and then), living in a city I feel I need all the antioxidants I can get! So I'm comforted by the high antioxidant levels found in chaga. I enjoy mine with a little honey and some oat milk, perfect!
