I purchased this item in October 2025 and working good loud sound but with in 2 months stop working only charing is showing mic issue. Than I contacted the service centre which is in Gujarat as per their instructions I sent the product to the service centre now it is working fine. They solve the problem asap servicing is good but not available in delhi or NCR area. Over all experience is good. Thank you for the quick response and solving the issue.

Excellent product for teaching better sound quality than ahuja better to buy wireless models so that no need to keep it with you while teaching

After purchasing I have an issue with the speaker so, I contacted with service centre and as bcz it was in warranty period so , I need to send the product at their service centre they addressed my problem so well & response was too good. They did the repairing completely free & the product in nicely working now. I’m recommending all teacher’s can purchase this item .

Worked till 10 months or so. Then the battery of the mic completely died. Now after 12 months the warranty is also over. And the mic lasts for less than 10 mins on a charge.

The product is good and functioning well. I hope it continues to do so for a long period of time. It is easy to use. Also the customer support service is prompt and they cleared my doubts. Overall good experience. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Charging Problem After a while of charging, charging stops. But the battery does not charge. If I reconnect it, charging starts again. But after a while, the charging stops. So the device can only be used for a limited time. How to claim the warranty?
