Worked perfectly out of the box, the netfix, etc buttons don't work. Not a problem for me, as I don't use those services, even if I did, simple enough on a smart tv to use them if you wish. Use threm on a samsung be55, np and an older, smaller Samsung smart tv (43?). Great remotes, they worked straight out of the box, even came with free aaa batteries! Even had etra features the original didn't have. No lag and strong signal, what more could you want for a $3 remote control?? Easy to read and understand layout too. Highly recommend. NO setup required.

Build quality is acceptable but best part is, I feel we got 2 remotes in one. This is not specified to work with Spectrum cable boxes but its working great with mine! And, we now have three of them which means two can sit inside the sofa cushions and we can still control the idiot box. Too late though. Spectrum is going out the door. Nothing to see there folks. Great remote though!

Very compatible with my samsung sound bar. They dont need programing. They work like the original.

I really like this universal remote control for our Samsung TV! The remote that came with the TV is ridiculously difficult to use - has way too many buttons on it that we would never use and they are so small that you end up hitting the wrong one every single time - SUPER frustrating! But this remote works very well, has minimal buttons that do just what you need them to and I hardly ever mess up when using it. I would have given it 5 stars, but the only drawback is I find the curve in it a bit awkward and would have preferred it to be straight. Other than that, it works well.

3 Pack Universal Replacement for All Samsung Smart TV Remote,for Samsung: I just cannot get over how EASY TO USE this remote is compared to the manufacturer’s original! My original Samsung was getting flakey when trying to use the “dial” selector so I ordered a replacement. It was not much better. My second try was ordering this three pack of “old fashioned” remotes. I grabbed one unit and put in some batteries, pointed it at the Samsung QLED flatscreen and started using the buttons. EVERY FUNCTION WORKS!!!! I cannot say enough on how easy and good it feels to use it over the original. No, I did not use the voice function of the original remote. I placed another unit with an old 20 inch Samsung low resolution flat panel that had been used as a PC monitor. That worked as well! I cannot comment on durability as I have only had these remotes for a few days. The third unit is a spare if I ever need one. Based on ease of use and functionality, BUY THIS PACKAGE! It is a steal at the price I paid (less than ten US dollars).

In my opinion, the quality of Samsung has gone down over the years. I have 7 Samsung TV'S all within 2 years old. The last TV I bought December 2025, I took back for several reasons and am done buying Samsung. The remotes that come with their TVs... have minimal buttons on it having the user to press multiple buttons to get to the control they want. Additionally, it doesn't take too much effort to break one. With my 7-years-old autistic son who takes off with my remotes when he can't find his and, after breaking one of the smaller cheap remotes Samsung includes with their TVs, I bought 2 (packs of 3) of these remotes and they work great! I have a remote now at every chair I sit and no more looking for a lost remote. These are excellent quality, solid feeling, and best of all, no more using a flimsy cheap Samsung remote that doesn't have all the buttons on it needed to quickly control my Samsung TVs. Remotes are exactly as pictured, and the exact same size of remote Samsung used to supply before they started with the cheap, easily broken ones they provide now. For $3.33 per remote... it's a steal.
