Being a first time automatic washing machine user, it operates easily without any hassle. Installation service was prompt and within a day it completed. Pros: 1. Simple and user friendly operation. 2. Low noise and less vibration. 3. Normal wash clean the clothes properly. Cons: 1. Normal wash took 45 min. 2. Though quick wash took 25 min but it can't remove stains properly. 3. Water consumption too much 18L/kg/cycle for any top load machine in industry. Only reason for 4 star rating. If you are living in water scarcity area and can manage budget of min. 25K then go for Front load machine that consume 8L/kg/cycle.

Clothes washing is not good. Washing time is too less. Drum hit the outer drum some times it makes noice some time. Not a better choice. Lg support is also not well some time. Money waste.

I was genuinely unsure which brand to go with, but decided on LG and I’m so glad I did. Couldn’t be happier with the decision. The cleaning performance is excellent — clothes come out properly washed every single time. What also stands out is how quiet it runs — not much noise at all, which is a big plus in a home setting. Decent build, reliable performance, and does exactly what a washing machine should — just better. If you’re sitting on the fence about which brand to choose, just go with LG. Thank me later.

Product is good but customer service is poor. They are not answering the call. Called many times for maintenance but not answering the call.

Out flush system not working. Wash quality is not good.
