Update, these are still perfect!!! I have had them for over a year. They look great. I just bought 2 more packs!!! I have four lobe piercings in each ear and one conch piercing. I was wanting a flat back set so I could sleep without being in pain. These are a life saver. I love the little tool. Im not gonna lie, it took me over 2 hours to get these in my ears. I finally waited from my husband to come home to help me. I have had them in for about 4 months and they are still going strong. I love them so much!! I will get more when the time comes. They have not fallen out. They have not broken either. They fit my ears very well. I can't even feel them in my ears. They look beautiful. The quality is really good. They don't make my ears itch and they don't turn my ears colors either. I love the different sizes so that I could stack them.

These absolutely get the job done! I wish they sold larger packs or individual sizes so i don't have to keep ordering a few at a time tho! These do NOT come STERILE, so if you’re planning on piercing someone with these, they must be sterilized in an Auto-Clave PRIOR to piercing. These 16g 8mm posts are very durable, and a perfect fit for Lobes & some Nostril’s. The color seems to stay for quite some time but will tarnish over a year, by then you should be changing the Jewlery no matter what if using SSS. Yes there can be an issue with the diamonds falling out, this happens when it gets caught & yanks itself out. If you slightly bend the pin on the diamond using the tube of the labret, then fully insert the diamond and press hard; the Jewlery will be MUCH more secure and have less a risk of fall out. For the price this is a good value. They do what they’re supposed to!

Nice set of piercings and you get the tool to help with placement of the studs. Stones are clear and shiny. Would buy again . Good value, easy to use , comfortable

they look good, like the sizes offered. I like the size of the tiniest studs in the pack, great for not poking your nose because of the screw back. hard to put on with false or long nails, but as long as they send an applicator with set, its should be pretty simple, harder with smaller studs

If you're planning on getting your nose pierced, I recommend this product. It has never fallen out of my nose once. I've had this current one in for a few weeks, but I wore the previous one from March until last month, and it never changed color. The only reason I even switched it out was because I wanted a different size.

Be prepared to replace them occasionally. The post tarnishes and loses its shine, resembling a silver-plated earring. It’s not suitable for long-term use.

I used these as nose rings. So far so good. I love the piece that comes with it to get it into your piercing easier. GAME CHAGER! It came with a lot of different sizes which was perfect, because I wasn’t sure which size I needed.

Absolutely perfect! I have a thick nose so I needed the longer bar in my nose piercing. These are really nice the bars are all long but then the stones are all different sizes.

A couple were bent but other than that they’re amazing. The bent ones were easy enough to fix though. Used them for my ears and nose, they were perfect. Only thing is I’m not sure what they mean by 20G/18G/16G, maybe the length or something. The jewelry itself fits into a 14G needle.
