Excellent headstrap for Active VR players
This head strap is a good entry into the accessories for the Quest lineup. This one is designed for people who play active games and want to continue playtime without battery down time. Get this headstrap and a couple of their 10k mah batteries and quick charger and you'll never have to come out of VR. The batteries just keep the Quest charged. I can fully charge the Quest 3s and the 10k mah battery that comes with this unit and can watch 2 complete 2+ hour movies and still have left for a few minutes of gaming. The headstrap holds the Quest comfortably to your face and changes the weight to the strap on your head. It does a good job of balancing the load of the battery end plus the Quest 3s end. If you can get this on sale it's even a BETTER of a deal. Very durable seems well made and it's easy to connect to your headset.

Best strap and battery that I have bought!
This is a great product! It’s comfortable, stable, and it has the longest lasting battery that I’ve ever had. Much longer lasting than the elite strap or the K4 boost strap. The weight and balance is excellent. I actually bought another battery because you can hot swap them and that gives you 6 to 8 hours (or more depending on what you are doing), of nonstop VR if you can go that long. The one thing I don’t know what to do with is the loose “honeycomb” lower strap. But highly recommended, excellent brand!

Best Battery Pack Head Strap For Small Heads
My son wanted something to help with battery life. He hated playing with a 10ft charging cable attached to it. This accessory is a life savor. He plays hours of VR a day and never runs out, with the help of a backup battery. It's easy to switch with magnetic security. The side of the strap has the battery percentage which is super nice feature. The head strap is actually more comfortable than thr original one. I had to attach a clip to secure the top velcro strap more forward bc of his small head. This strap has enough velcro to pull more forward if needed for smaller heads. He doesn't complain about it being too heavy. It's 100% worth the money.

Out of all the head straps i’ve ever got, this takes the cake all the time, every time I get on vr I forget i’m wearing a headstrap not even glazing. It’s extremely nice and comfy, also I just snapped this thing on my headset It took 20 seconds, btw with the battery pack my headset hasn’t died without me getting off yet at all

Better than the BOBOVR S3 strap, happy with purchase.
The BOBOVR headset with the fan caused problems with pinching on the forehead. However the E3 Pro is way more comfortable. I recommended this one over the other one to a family member looking. The battery recharge via USB-C is slow so I would recommend a spare battery and the docking unit. You get double the recharge speed for multiple batteries with the charging station. USB-C got 13-16W while the Charging station gives 30W for 3 batteries at the same time as long as you have a sufficient power supply.

Nice add-on with a few annoying caveats
If you're looking to remove pressure from your face and place it solely on the forehead, then this is the strap to buy. Overall fit and finish are great with micro adjustable wheel at the rear of the strap. It also comes with a side digital display to indicate the condition of the battery, showing the precise % of charge remaining. All of these things make this a good purchase. As to the compatiblity with the Quest 3, first off, I also purchased the AMVR facial replacement which honestly is really similar to the stock one, so not sure that was worth it. Both have adjustablity. However, in mentioning this, it didn't have any issues co-fitting with the battery strap accessory. The strap comes with the mentioned 10,000 mah battery and has been more than enough in combination with the internal Quest 3 battery for several hours worth of VR on my PC. But here's where things also get 'wonky'. It's most likely a firmware issue, but with the headband being part of the Quest ecosystem it should be better. When charging the headset, you have to unplug the battery source cable of the headband from the Quest 3 port, and insert the defacto charging cable which must be plugged into a wall receptacle using the adapter. It will fail and result in a dead headset if charged off even a usb3.2 port on the PC for example, which is my setup. There was something about not powering down the headset completely while also seeing the charging light on despite it not actually charging at all. This was with the battery pack connected. Where this headband fits into this quest problem, is that you cannot leave the battery cable plugged in to the quest charging port and then add a separate USB C cable to direct charge the battery pack itself and expect the headset to recognize and charge itself through the combo. It gets worse. When putting on the headset, you must first activate it, i.e., the internal facial sensor, which loads you into Quest's home environment, followed by plugging the battery cable from the headstrap into the Quest port. Then after you'd expect all to be right with the world, you still have to physically remove the battery pack from its headband port (which has a really nice magnet catch btw), and let it reseat itself, thus still waiting a few more seconds to hear the audible confirmation beep from the quest 3. You'll also see the charging symbol overlay the battery in the settings menus. If you don't do this final step, the battery will just sit there fully charged and not powering the headset at all. When finished playing, you can't just set it down or plug stuff in, you need to unplug the battery source cable freeing up the quest port, plug that directly into the wall adapter, followed by plugging in the USB C cable to just charge the battery itself, which can at this point remain in its magnetic holder on the headband since the cable line is not talking to the Quest anymore. As to the comfort, it takes a little getting used to and you might fidget with the tension dial on the back, where the facial area just hovers over your face. After a few hours I didn't find it to be an issue or to have any hotspots. In terms of stability, that depends on how much you tighten everything. Of course there's a trade off with comfort after a bit. I don't move around much so not really able to comment on how it it stays put but I don't have the impression that I needed a different setup compared to the forehead mounting. All in all, its probably just fixing the programming issues that could resolve this mess. **** I recently learned that pressing the battery status indicator on the battery strap itself, while connected to the Quest port also just happens to trigger the quest to look at the external battery resulting in back up charging. This simplifies the mess as mentioned above.

Huge improvement
A must have for anyone with a quest. Battery lasts for my entire play sessions (3 hours max) with battery to spare.

Also ich bin begeistert.
