Built to fail.
Lasted almost 9 months before it quit oscillating. Update: I initially gave their product a one star review as the fan still worked but stop oscillating. Customer service contacted me through my review. They offered me a replacement fan which I found surprising as most companies wouldn’t do this. I will their CS a five star review. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Great until it wasnt
Fan was great.. until it wasn't. We've had it 32 days. 2 days beyond the exchange/return window. it stopped oscillating. My husband unplugged/repluggled it. It turned. Yay. Then, 17 minutes later, it stopped altogether. Boo. We wanted to exchange it. But, we can't. Bc its 2 days too late.

Yay! Air
These were perfect for my grandbabies rooms! You can put them anywhere on the wall. Should have gotten a little bit bigger one but it still works great!

Nice fan, short cord
Dark green color is perfect for my green-themed office. It comes with some items whose purpose is unknown as they are not shown anywhere in the assembly/mounting instructions, but I got it mounted just fine on the wall above a closet. The cord is not long enough to reach where most American buildings have their electical outlets very low on the wall. So I had to add an extension cord. You will need an extension cord unless you somehow have mid-wall outlets or you hang the fan pretty low on the wall. Seems to work fine! My only issue is that it seems to keep turning itself on?? There have been two instances now where I know I turned it off, leave the room, and then come back later and the fan is running. I will need to keep an eye on it to determine what is actually happening.

Ok Fan For the Price
This is an ok fan for the price. This is exactly what you would expect from a cheap plastic electronic. I'm using it in my small office during the summer and it keeps me cool when the office gets up to 80F. It's pretty quiet on the lowest setting. It of course gets louder the higher the speed, but it's a nice white nose. It moves a decent amount of air for it's size, though it is of course no box fan. I would like it fine if it were not for the following things. My particular fan squeaked like an old rocking chair every time it reached the end of it's oscillating cycle. I tried ignoring it for a day to see if it would work itself out, but no such luck. I tried lubricating around the rubber washers between the arm and the fan, as it sounded like rubber on rubber. This did not help. I wound up having to disassemble the entire fan and WD40 the central plastic gear inside the body of the fan to get it to stop squeaking. Disassembly was easy, requiring nothing but a properly sized screwdriver or two. I could forgive them if this squeaking problem manifested after years of use, but this should not be a problem out of the box. Quality control could be an issue or maybe I just got unlucky. The fan still makes the occasional subtle ticking sound as it oscillates, but the annoying sounds are vastly improved. This fan comes with an unusual mounting kit. They seem to want you to screw it into solid wood (two 3/4in wood screws are included), use zip ties to secure it to a pole (not included), or glue it to all other surfaces (glue included). There is an undocumented hole in the back of the plastic wall plate for a drywall anchor, but they do not provide said drywall anchor. Drywall seems like the most common mounting surface, so the choice of documented mounting options is odd. Get the largest drywall anchor that fits into the mounting hole. The weight of the fan seems to be fine hanging off of one solid drywall anchor... as long as you don't have little ones that are going to rip it out of the wall, I suppose. I just used the ribbed variety that expand when the screw is driven into them. For extra insurance you could use one of those toggle bolts whose hinged metal wings expand after insertion to secure the anchor from behind the drywall. That would be pretty solid, but I didn't have any on hand. I suppose it might be possible that the rotation of the fan might eventually work the ribbed anchor lose over many years but this seems unlikely to be a problem for the lifetime of the fan.

Works great for us!!
This has worked great for us. I use in the winter to push heat from the wood stove down the hall to the back of the house. This fan has worked great for that and I love that it’s going to be easier to clean

Inconsistent operation
It’s perfect size for a night fan, I have mine mounted over my bed and it is very inconsistent. The motor will switch between blow good solid air and then it sounds like motor starts to struggle and hardly any airflow can be felt. Then a few seconds later back to normal. It’s too bad honestly the noise level and size are perfect however it is too inconsistent. I would buy another one to see if it was just this one however it seems as though they have had many complaints about it…

Wonderful while it worked - 6 months
I purchased this fan a little over 6 months ago and it worked great for awhile. It’s has now stopped working. The remote if came with no longer works. If I use the buttons on the fan for it to turn on, it will work for awhile but does turn off. The mounting options were odd to start, but I made it work. There is an annoying clicking sound when it finished oscillating and is changing directions - easy to get used to but maybe bad design? The price I paid is not worth what I received. I did see some reviews that said their replacement was of better quality, so maybe I just got a bad unit. The airflow was really great and I loved the different speed settings. It’s also a beautiful color and blends in nicely without being overly obvious.

Great fan
Took me a few to understand the instructions as they are TINY!!! But I figured it out and got it up. It’s quiet!! And on the wall it’s perfect right over where I sleep at night. Happy with this fan!!

Cables are cheap and will stop working
Do NOT buy, the fan itself is fine and effective but the cables they come with are CHEAP and won’t last more than a month, i’ve bought 3 of these since last year and every single one of them just stopped working. The connection won’t stay in place, whenever you move or simply rotate the fan by itself it’s going to shut down. You can’t even buy another cables because it’s a rare cable that support a certain voltage. Don’t waste your money on these

Fan
Its a beautiful piece but its starting to make a squeaky sound when you put it on swing so annoying i have to keep putting oil to reduce the squeeking sound I could have bought something better for the price I wish i could return it but unfortunately its been two month now so i can't.
