Exactly what I wanted!! Not too big, not too small, PERFECT SIZE. fits a 5gallon water jug. Makes your water COLD or HOT. Or for my baking needs… WARM! Absolutely loving this. I switched from water bottles to this and my life is so much easier lol. I drink so much more water now because its so convenient for me and I didnt have to spend too much money! Great quality. Make sure your power outage is what it needs. I needed to use an adapter. (Literally like 6$ on amazon) and I have cold water whenever I want! Or hot! No need to wait for my kettle anymore or for a water bottle to be chilled in the fridge. This is great. 10/10.

Don't buy
The water coming from this machine has a real horrible taste (it's the same water I have used with my old machine for years and never a problem). You only get one glass of cold water, can't fill a water bottle before hot water comes out.

Ideal for any location, home or work
Bought this for our work breakroom. The price is awesome for the product. This is ideal for any work place. Easy to change out water bottles. The size is perfect. There is cold and hot water. Seems very sturdy. Easy to fill glasses and water bottles. Works well.

Worse purchase
This water dispenser has been a huge disappointment. It does not function as described, and the overall construction is extremely cheap and flimsy. The capacity is so minimal that it hardly holds any water, making it impractical for daily use. For the price, I expected something far more durable and reliable. Unfortunately, this product feels poorly designed and rushed, and I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a quality water dispenser.

Do not buy!! We bought a machine and it showed up broken and missing parts, however, it was sold as new!!! This machine wasn’t new. It had been taped up several times and probably returned several times, not a good experience.
