To reduce the chance of muscle strain and pain, as well as to promote better blood circulation throughout the body and, especially, in the arms, these strong bicep compression sleeves should be utilized. I have used them when working out my biceps, amongst other upper body exercises, and my arms did not hurt as quickly as usual, I was able to push out more reps and post-workout recovery time seemed to be shorter. These are similar to the compression sleeves I wear on my upper thighs and calves for the same benefits.

I have tiny fissures in my bicep and rotator cuff from a slip 2 years ago. Apparently healing takes longer the older you get. I needed some more support as I got back into the gym and this seemed like a good product to try. This has helped me tremendously. It is tight enough for support but not too tight that it cuts off circulation. The quality is really good and I have not encountered any stretching to the point it loosens and deforms. Great product and great price. The sizing is also spot on so be sure to measure and follow the chart.

This is difficult to slide on, especially because you only have one hand to do it. But, once on, the quality is great and it feels nice to have that extra support. They stay on right where I put them. I don't have bulging biceps, so I can't comment on that.

These fit my old-lady flabby arms and help with some compression & stability when my upper arms are achy. I really don't see how they'd fit a big muscular guy like in the pictures, whose arms are bigger than mine and a lot less soft than mine. I ordered size XL, which was the biggest available size when I ordered. Pay attention to sizing and expect them to be a little tighter than you imagine. They do loosen up a little over time but so far they still stay on. These would not have fit my dad's arms; he was a big guy, about 300 pounds. Four stars from me!
