WÜSTHOF Classic Wild Blueberry 8" Chef's Knife

My husband loves this knife, the color is beautiful, perfect size, perfect weight and sharpness.

I'm am very happy to review this item. It is so sharp and strong. I want a very sturdy knife that could cut through frozen food and still also cut dense vegetables. This knife can do all of that and more. Very happy.

Gift for my dad, he's a gifted cook and wanted a nice knife for his birthday. It's very sharp he accidentally cut his finger right after opening it. But it's been working well for him, stayed just as sharp so far!

This is a beautiful knife. I bought this for a Christmas gift and I’m sure she’s going to love it. It’s extremely well made and should last a very long time.

First off, this knife is seriously sharp right out of the box. The well balanced,not too heavy and perfectly shaped handle makes it glide in the hand when cutting anything , it functions as well as it looks and although it comes with a higher price tag it’s worth every penny!

I’m a chef and these caught my eye. Not only are they Wüsthof but they are pink! I got them and was thrilled at the look and feel. I was excited to feel that razor sharp edge cut in to my tomato. Tomato dented, ugh, what a disappointment. I held on to them hoping the love would come but found myself picking up my old knives and avoiding them.

Knife comes sharp and holds an edge. Expensive, but definitely a nice knife.

Half price because it has a brown handle? I can live with that. Lovely knife

Auf meiner ersten Reise als Abiturient hatte ich mir im Rally Markt in Brest ein Kochmesser in dieser Größe gekauft, das mich jahrelang begeistert hat. Irgendwann ist es irgendwie verschwunden. Ich habe zwei Kochmesser von Dick in 20 und 22cm, aber die waren mir immer zu unhandlich, wenn man nicht gerade Schinken schneiden oder Kürbisse halbieren will. Endlich habe ich mich zu diesem Wüsthoff Messer durchgerungen, auch wenn ich von der Marke bisher nicht so überzeugt war. Ich hätte nicht so lange warten sollen. Das Messer ist scharf und schnitthaltig und diese Größe ist einfach super handlich für das alltägliche Schnippeln. Auch mein Sohn, ein leidenschaftlicher Hobby Koch, dem ich zum 18 Geburtstag ein Giesser Premium Cut Chef Messer geschenkt hatte, zeigte sich begeistert von diesem Wüsthof. Hiermit macht ihr nichts falsch, als hochwertiges Geschenk oder für die eigene Küche.

Das Messerblatt ist klein, präzise bearbeitet und extrem scharf. Der Griff in wunderschönem pudrigem Rosa macht es zu einem perfekten Geschenk für meinen Mann. Beim Schneiden kann ich mich nicht nur über die Effizienz (von meinem Mann) sondern auch über die Farbe freuen.
