The best smelling and nicest soap I know.
Dad loved it. So do I. I think it’s simply the best smelling soap and many people who come visit me agree when they encounter the stuff. Plus, it’s really gentle on the skin, but gets you nice and clean. Nothing is better in the shower or tub then the Grandpa’s brand. I use the soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. They all seem to be just the perfect thing from my skin and hair.

Smells strong at first
Does smell quite strong but when you wash it does not smell too strong just fresh, it lathers well and does not seem to dry the skin out. It is worth getting and does not cost an extortionate amount

Good cleansing without drying the skin.
I like this soap for the above reason. It has a strong scent of pine but that does not cling, fading quite quickly from the skin.

Nice soap, scent needs some work
Really like the soap it does a decent exfoliating job however the scent only lasts for First few uses on the skin. Then really fades. The soap itself retains the scent but there doesn't seem to be much transference after the initial say 5 uses

The soap everyone woodsman needs
I’ve been using old grandpas pine tar soap on and off for years. I have sensitive skin and I love the way it feels and smells. As a bonus it’s perfect for washing your hair and beard too! I highly recommend for anyone who doesn’t do well with bottled soap with all its added chemicals and especially if you want to smell like you’ve come out of the woods.
