Value for money
The printer delivers exceptional print quality and is very easy to set up. The whole package and what's included is a definite value for money! For anyone starting out in Apparel Printing and the like I'd definitely recommend getting this deal 👌🏾.

Don’t waste your time or money
Expensive garbage. Printer cost me 3000 just trying to get the thing to print correctly. The white ink never worked. The shipping was a complete nightmare. Products are over priced for their value. Instructions are not at all clear. You have to do way too much…. I paid for this trash and deeply regret it….. customer service sucks completely I can’t get refund, and exchange…..so it’s become trashcan filler . I DEEPLY REGRET THIS PURCHASE….. cause I’m out 5000….just for the entire kit to end up in the trash…..heat press was crap. Size of device in actual image will vary… this was overall a terrible experience. I will never buy from this company again. And I recommend yall don’t either…… this one kit cost me more than enough. There’s not one point in this process that was enjoyable. Which saddens me greatly cause that was my business that’s now cancelled.

Great Printer
This was my first time purchasing a DTF printer. Although it came with a manual and video instructions, it was still a bit confusing to set up. After I contacted customer service, they connected me to an engineer who walked me through the software setup step by step. Now I'm printing like a pro. Great printer! Five star customer support!

Great Service
Printer is easy to setup and Jeremy provided excellent help. In fact the whole team is really helpful and responsive. I love this printer and we are excited to own it. Jeremy os always helpful and responsive and recommends good valid information for maintenance on printer.
