Well-assembled and a great help with unwieldy packages. It was a gift to my brother who usually keeps a messy trunk. He really likes it.

Too flimsy for anything heavy

So I realize I don't exactly use this product as intended so let me start there. I bought this to put in the bed of my truck to keep the groceries from sliding around or escaping from their bags. I really like it as it's convenient, has plenty of space, and even has side pockets and handles. It definitely helps with keeping everything in one spot and has eliminated the groceries sliding around in the back. The cons - it's got Velcro straps that strap the compartments together but it's either they're all fully open or fully closed. You cant have it close just one compartment and use the other 2. There's no reinforcement to the bottom. Would be great to have a tougher or more heavy duty bottom. And lastly I try to carry everything in one trip (hate unloading groceries and having to make 50 trips) so I tried the handles to see if I could carry it by myself in one trip loaded down with my haul from the store. The straps held well enough but without a more sturdy bottom to it the organizer just folded like an accordion. Again let me say I know this is not the intended use and purpose for this product but it does work well enough for what I am using it for. I would definitely by it again or buy another one for our other cars.

The item does what is designed to do, but it would be better if it has velcro on the bottom to hold it in place in the back of my SUV. I will add them to the bottom

It was what I wanted and expected. I wished the pieces that added the rigidity were just a little thicker/stronger. But still no True complains. Good value and made well. I have a 2022 Toyota Camry and it bits neatly up against the back of the rear seat with a few inches to spare and still leaves plenty of room towards the back of the trunk.
