Wife approved!! reat controller — comfortable and responsive This remote works perfectly with my Nintendo Switch. It connected quickly and had no lag during gameplay. The buttons feel solid, the joysticks are smooth, and it’s very comfortable to hold even during long gaming sessions. Battery life is also impressive, I’ve used it for several days without needing to recharge. It’s a great alternative to the original Joy-Cons and much more comfortable for games like Mario Kart, Smash Bros, and Zelda. Overall, excellent quality for the price. I would definitely recommend this controller to anyone looking for a reliable Switch remote.

I've had this controller for two months and mostly use it for the Switch 2. Long winded review incoming. TLDR: Have used the original Ultimate, bought this one for the price point, and love it. The D-pad kinda sucks though, if that matters to you. For context, my partner has the 8BitDo Ultimate (the first one, not the newest one). He plays around 80 to 100 games a year. We both love it and honestly think it was the best controller on the market at that point for our tastes and needs. We've used that one with the original Switch, the OLED, and now the Switch 2. I've always wanted to get one for myself, but the Ultimate was just kind of out of my price range, so when I had a chance to buy this one, I took it. The colors are beautiful. I got the blue, and it looks pretty much the same to the picture shown on the listing. The specs are also really similar to original Ultimate, and not that far off from the newest one tbh. The buttons are satisfyingly clicky, the sticks feel really nice, the size is good for my smaller hands (a tiny bit small for my partner, but he said it was not uncomfortable)--the only thing is the D-pad. It's not a separated D-pad; the directionals feel a bit mushy and indicative of the price point. If the D-pad is really important to you, then I would pass on this and buy something else. Everything else is lovely. I've been following 8BitDo for a few years now, and I'm glad to see they're doing well and making quality products for different price points!

I’ve been using the 8BitDo Ultimate 2C Bluetooth Controller (Blue) for a few weeks now, and overall, it’s an excellent piece of hardware. The build quality feels solid and premium, especially for the price. The buttons, refined D-pad, and hall effect joysticks are super responsive, and the 6-axis motion control and rumble work seamlessly with the Switch. One of the biggest positives for me has been the battery life—it lasts much longer than I expected on a single charge. I can game for days without needing to plug it in, which is a huge plus. That said, the one downside is the texture of the outer shell. It’s not uncomfortable, but it does feel a bit slick, especially during long sessions. I really wish 8BitDo offered a silicone sleeve or grip cover to improve the tactile feel and help with grip. It would make the controller perfect. All in all, it’s a great controller with impressive performance and endurance, especially at this price point. With just a bit of added attention to ergonomics or accessories, it would be unbeatable.

Only thing I don’t love is having to power my system on with the system buttons. Remote does not power game on.

Yes this is a great controller these guys make good controllers I put them up there with the best of them high quality buttons and sticks feels premium

Good replacement for PC Bluetooth users looking for a cheaper option for Switch Pro controllers. I play a lot of FF14 and the price of switch pro controllers is through the roof and the quality hasn't changed at all with them failing frequently between 6 months to 2 years due to joystick potentiometer issues. The choice to not make the Switch Pro 2 controllers with HE joysticks made me consider moving away. I have 4 failed switch pro controllers that all need new joysticks from the past 5 years. We'll see how long this lasts compared to the switch pro controllers!

Don't bother getting any other 3rd party Switch/Switch 2 controller. Price is amazing for what you get; has a nice sturdy build quality and the weight makes it feel premium. Also has rumble!

Super qualité, compatible switch, pc-mac, Fire stick, android et iOS. Meilleur rapport qualité prix pour cette manette. Toujours satisfait par 8 bit-do ! Plus que parfaite pour les enfants, attention toutefois à la course un peu courte des grandes gâchettes qui pourrait ne pas convenir pour les jeux de courses suivant les joueurs.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert vom 8BitDo Ultimate 2C Bluetooth Controller. Schon beim Auspacken merkt man die hochwertige Verarbeitung – nichts wackelt, die Tasten haben einen angenehmen Druckpunkt, und das gesamte Design wirkt durchdacht. Der Controller hat bei mir out of the box sofort funktioniert, ohne dass ein Update für die Switch 2 nötig war – einfach koppeln und loslegen. Die Akkulaufzeit ist super, selbst nach längeren Spielsessions hält der Controller zuverlässig durch. Auch das Design und die Farben sind richtig schön – modern, dezent und trotzdem ein echter Hingucker. Man merkt, dass hier viel Liebe zum Detail eingeflossen ist. Ein kleines Wunsch-Feature wäre noch eine Wake-up-Funktion für die Switch – das wäre wirklich das Nonplusultra. Trotzdem bin ich insgesamt rundum zufrieden: Top Qualität, tolle Haptik, super Funktionen und ein fairer Preis. Absolute Kaufempfehlung für alle, die einen zuverlässigen und stylischen Controller suchen! 🎮
