Tablets are quite big so I have been breaking in half to swallow.

Very hard for me to take too big and a bit sticky when wet. Even if in half still hard to swallow

I have started taking the tablets and they seem to work. However, they are quite large, and I think some people might have difficulty swallowing them. Sometimes I can even feel them in my throat. Please consider making them smaller. My feedback is about the size, not the quality, which I still need more time to fully evaluate.

Take 1 every night since Doctor advised Magnesium Gylcinate as I was suffering badly with Restless Leg Syndrome. Id had my bloods done and my Magnesium level was low. Been taking them now for 5 months (I wanted to leave review for a while so I could see if they worked) ive only had 1 light symptom of restless leg in all that time, so glad I started taking, these have been a life saver.

It looks like a good quality product but I didn’t realise these were tablets not capsules and I find them impossible to swallow, I’ve been cutting them in half but they still get stuck in my throat, not because they’re really big because they’re so chalky.

Easily break in half for small doses. Cant really tell if they work but cant hurt with a natural product. No taste.

I did lots of research to find clean ingredients without the added unnecessary fillers. Highly recommend.
