The surface pro 11 is one of the strongest out of the lineup so far with so many pros to mention, my 3 most important being its overkill performance, long battery life, and its design and portable OLED touch screen making it great for students on the go like me. The upgrade from the intel chips to the snapdragon X elite is game changing making it the fastest, smoothest, and most capable surface pro yet. The battery life exceeds previous models making it a great rival when comparing to Apple's M chips. Lastly the sleek, minimalistic, and thin design making it very easy to slip into my bag and its kickstand design making it versatile for desk use, note taking, and digital art with the ability to run windows with a touchscreen.

4 months after buying this search tab,download tab and all upper side tabs has stopped working.I am using it in oman and here in Oman customer care number for microsoft never get picked up..regreat buying such an expensive laptop.

Hands down great product. This is my second surface pro only because my first one was so old it could not be update to windows 11. Honestly, I'm glad it couldn't because this one is much better than my old pro 4. Powering on takes a few seconds. The clarity of the screen is amazing, the smooth transition between apps no lags, battery life is amazing, and I dont feel any heat coming from the device. My biggest complaint is the keyboard sold separately. I purchased the keyboard and pen combo from Best Buy and it is very sleek feel, with a back light and is easy to use. Old keyboards from previous surface pros will not fit the new surface pro. The value is worth it. Not disappointed.

This device is fantastic.. I highly recommend it. I would encourage the OLED model of it, even if it is a bit more money. It is prob the most efficient use of 1.35k spent in my entire life. It will honestly be my main for the next decade or so, and I have a macbook m1 pro - a 3k comp, yet the portability of this device surpasses it and I favor it as a result. In addition, I purchased the associated keyboard and pen combo for like 250 in a bundle package provided also on amazon, seek this out - it is a fantastic setup in total and literally after tax was 1.65 give or take for all devices (3) which is a steal for the quality of these pieces of technology, for me at least and I'd argue others. Further, the screen with OLED and processor and the power of the snap processor with 12 cores handles everything for modern use(lol such overkill for browsing the internet) yet the power of the device keeps everything in control and cool to the touch for modern use... BUY IT.

It is expensive but I love it.

I use Apple products and will continue to use Apple products. I needed Windows and tablet/computer dual function for work. I used to be familiar with Windows but not any more. Without the Copilot I would have returned the device on the second day. With Copilot... very annoying experience. Most of the time, I just give up because of the endless complication. It gives 20 solutions that don't work; after each one it says "it's not you -- this is because...(something or other about complication of windows)." It can't even figure out how to make Copilot always open in a minimized window rather than taking up the full screen and then having to be manually minimized. Stupid things like that, and this decants to more complicated things as well. In fact, often a google search on my trusty Mac will bring up the solution --- meanwhile that Copilot waffles and weaves and wastes time. Horrible experience. The machine itself is very nice and nifty. No complaints with the hardware except for battery life which is not long at all. I am not a heavy user but it heats up nonetheless and the fans go on. I bought a keyboard for it -- the cheaper one, which is still crazy expensive. Wobbles and has an annoying touchpad. But how do people manage with Windows 11?
