Excellent product at a good price. It arrived within 3 days of placing the order, was well packaged, easy to set up and worked "straight from the box". It has been very well refurbished, in excellent condition and the performance is "as good as new". Thanks First Click Solutions - great job!

Nice compact easy to install and good price.

For light use/office use this would be an ideal computer. We needed a budget option that could run windows 11. And while this has windows 11 installed, we have had to return it as some of the graphics applications we are running were being glitchy and it is not compatible for our needs. - the pc was really well packed, clean and very quick to start considering it's age. As a non-IT person I would say it has been really well refurbished. - it is not complicated to get set up. I was up and running really quickly. - it came with everything needed (all cables and adapters) to get up and running immediately. - it runs quietly. I would say this is a useful budget option for someone who has basic requirements (office applications etc). Less useful for anyone who might need a bit more than that.

Product in excellent condition - not a mark on it. Worked straight out of the box. Very fast and almost slent running. This is a serious upgrade to my old Windows 10 Pentium i3 macine. Its compact size means I've now room on my desk for other things. This is only day 2 but I'm very pleased so far - long may it continue.

PC functioned perfectly on receipt came with power and HDMI cables and 90 days of antivirous protection. Good value for money

Avoid! The Optiplex 7020 is not on Dell's list of computers that will run Windows11because of its age and failure to meet the minimum operational requirements. Extra hardware has been added to this model to overcome the shortcomings but this can lead to issues such as failure to start, power issues and hardware failures. Several sessions with a highly qualified professional failed to install Windows 11 and as the four weeks elapsed it could not be returned. It was scrapped and I returned to my old computer. (As I am approaching 99 it should last me out).

Fantastic product and service! Delivered a day earlier than planned which worked perfectly for me. Excellent desktop pc, excellent quality and runs so fast. So happy that I got this and not spent on a brand new PC as this should last a number of years. Smooth to set up. I rarely leave reviews on products but felt the need to on this for anyone who may be hesitant on buying a refurb.
