I had YI's consistently for most of my life when I've been sexually active. Over the counter creams like Monistat helped, but burned considerably and the YI's always came back. My PH is very sensitive. Sometimes I even wondered if I was allerguc to men, lol. I was getting them MONTHLY for years and no doctor or over the counter medicine could change that statistic... until THIS product. Even after I stopped eating sugars and drinking wine, my YI/candida symptoms continued. But the over the counter creams and suppositories were unpleasant. On day one, they burned me so bad I bled. But these suppositories are a GODSEND! They are so gentle and effective. Not only do they wipe out my symptoms on day one, they lubricate so well and make me feel truly healthy. It's like using a moisturizing mask on the vagina. I would say these are helpful for when you're suffering from symptoms of a YI, BV, or even a UTI. But also any irritation or dryness. I have tried many natural remedies as well, but they often made my symtoms worse. These are so gentle and work perfectly with my PH. May I suggest a few tips to help you also become YI FREE? 1. Wash after intercourse. This may seem obvious, but sometimes we go to sleep afterwards and that's when bacteria can really grow. 2. Avoid any harsh soaps in the genital area. 3. Wear lose 100% cotton underwear only, no tight g-strings/thongs. If you have to, wear 100% cotton thongs with your outfit and then change into your sweet prairie girl loose panties when you get home. 4. Use these suppositories on DAY ! of symptoms and continue for 2-3 days at least 5. Don't wash and flush this product out of your body. Just gentle splay around it in the shower. 6. Try to cut out processed sugars. Replace with coconut sugar, real maple syrup, and honey. And be careful with alcohol consumption, as this aggrivates your PH. 7. Make sure you are well prepared/naturally lubricated before sex so there is less chance of tearing and irritation. 8. Avoid or be very careful or artificial lubrication. EVen the coconut oil one gave me a YI. 9. Limit time in chlorinated pools and when you do use them, use this product afterwards. Chlorine is very hard on the PH. 10. If you have chronic issues like I did, consider getting on a regular dose of D_Mannos with cranberry and hibiscus capsules to better support your urinary track and vaginal flora. I use YALE D-MANNOSE and it's helped so much. 11. Drink extra water when you feel irritation down there. 12. Pray for God's blessings on your health. Hope this helps! If you are hesitant about the costs, consider this a vaginal spa treatment and perfect alternative to painful medications. My husband loves this product because it keeps me sexually active. He's willing to pay anything for it. I wish all medications were this gentle. Also there is no scent to this product, which is ideal. My vaginia does not apreciate any essential oils or perfumes. Just 100% natural happy pheremones.

The suppository formula has helped me keep infections at bay — but it is soft and it can melt or break in your fingers. The product would be so much better if it had an applicator or the formula was made into a cream.

I was hesitant to purchase this item because people said it was difficult to insert. If you keep it in the refrigerator insertion is no problem. I also had no problems with excessive discharge like others said, probably because it is inserted cold/firm and not liquid. I only used it one night and I already feel better. Great product for a great price!

They make me feel so much better and helped lower my PH significantly after two weeks of consistent use.

I bought these on the suggestion from my doctor to use a vaginal probiotic because of antibiotic use. I am diabetic and get UTIs often. I researched vaginal suppositories until I found one that was a more of a natural product. The product worked great and relieved my symptoms within a day or two. My only issue was that it contained oligofructose which is sugar. This made my blood sugars rise fairly high each nite I used them. I had to take additional insulin to be able to continue to use them. Oligofructose is suppose to be able to be used by diabetics with little to no side effects. But that wasn’t the case for me. So diabetics be aware of this ingredient in case you have issues with your blood sugars while using this product . I really liked the product and it did its job well. Just wish it didn’t have this ingredient. Some other brands of vaginal suppositories also have this ingredient. So unfortunately I can’t give it 5 stars but I would, and have, recommended this products to others.
