Arrived safely. Perfectly blend with our modern and farmhouse style home theme. Came with extra hands, two wall hang clips and a user manual. Clock hands have a protective film. I wish that clock face should also have protective film for extra protection. The clock arms were protected with plastic cap which has residue left over on clock’s face even after cleaning. Also I wish a glass on top for easy cleaning and 3D numbers for more enhanced look. I also wish little bars in between numbers for more accurate time. But thats my preference. Nothing to deal with quality. People who claim that their clock not working is because the needles stick together during handling which can be adjusted with soft hand adjustments to create a gap between three arms as needed. It also requires little push to start in clockwise manner. I suggest for accurate time, move all arms manually to one place for instance 12,0 Clock than insert batteries and adjust the time from back side. It Gives an accurate time. Quiet. Worth money. A pleasant and an expensive look gift in affordable price for you or your friends and family. Seller is responsive and I have a happy experience.

It’s a very nice clock and nice addition to my home. Everything was packaged so there were not any broken or bent parts. The bottom rocking piece makes a little noise at times, so I need to adjust it tap it.

The stick that moves was missing. It was incomplete. I did not return it because it was on special for $16 and I wasn’t going to go through all that.

Luv my retro wall clock. Well made with a quality appearance. However, the 3 hand mechanism is loose and I could not get the 3rd hand to work. I followed the instructions but no success. Clock will operate with just the 2 hands, keeps good time, luv the vintage pendulum that swings from side to side in sync with seconds. The instructions are missing how to operate the back black plastic component where you insert batteries (easy) but the pendulum comes locked and you need to push down hard to release. Being plastic which is quite normal, you do it cautiously to ensure you don't break it. Instructions would be useful. But. I did it and I love my new wall clock. Great price and another seamless Amazon Prime transaction.

Very nice and elegant

The clock is not of great quality, but for the price it’s acceptable. The hands on the clock were bent and not functioning properly; fortunately, a spare set was included and worked fine. I just wish the clock were better made, with a glass cover to protect it.
