Accurate . I have bought many machines over the years. This machine was highly recommended. I like it's features. Shows the last reading while you are reading the current reading . I use it several times a day . My husband is monitored two and more a day where as myself once a day. Great machine

We had an Omron BP monitor that last at least 10 years and died recently when someone dropped it. It was completely reliable and storing and reading the history was convenient. The new one seems just as well built and easy to use so I'm very happy with it. I did reduce the rating by one star because of the terms of service on the phone app. The website allows you to save your preference to not have targeting cookies only the functional ones. The terms of service then indicate that any of the information in the app can be used for marketing purposes. This would include your actual BP reading the way it is worded. Yikes! We will not be using the app and the device works fine without it.

I had purchased a wrist monitor. When I took it with me to my doctor for comparison, it was wildly inaccurate. Of course, the return window closed the previous day.I purchased this model based on reviews. I took it with me to the doctor today, and it was accurate to within 2 pts. My doctor was pleased. Easy to use, comes with batteries and has a case with a small cloth handle on top of the carry case to help carry it to and from appointments. The case has a pocket in the lid that holds my bp tracking card. Very convenient.The display is easy to read even in low light. It's not back lit, but who takes their blood pressure in the dark? I think it will Bluetooth to my phone but I didn't bother to set that up. My doctor can read the card he gave me for my daily readings. I'm old. New technology is not my friend. I can easily write down the numbers!I'm very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend.

Third times the charm. I’ve bought and returned two other brands. This is the one. Easy setup, accurate, and sync with the app is flawless. Stop looking. Get an Omron. I chose this one because it was on sale.

Finally got one that seems accurate 99% of the time. Tried three units one different brand and came up with some off the wall readings. This unit has been fairly reliable although it doesn’t pump up to the same level every time( should pump to 200). So far after 1 month of use it is still doing well. Comes with a nice case. Love that it is Bluetooth capable and that all my results go to my phone and can be pulled up for my Dr to see. The cuff is sized generously and sings down easily with one hand.

Extremely difficult to set up. Requires cloud app to use and must be paired to phone. Item received would not pair to either an Android or I Phone. After multiple attempts to pair I returned this item. Also, the Omron app is very intrusive asking 2 or 3 pages of personal data to be entered (age, height, weight, exercise regimen, as well as the usual name, address and email account. An opt out option is available but you must select it. Also, there is a data sharing option by default. You must opt out if you don't want to share data or post data to cloud. The Bluetooth application is unusable.
