Amazon Echo Show 15 (newest model), Full HD 15.6" kitchen hub for home organization, with built-in Fire TV and Alexa+ Early Access

This echo has excellent picture and sound! It is as simple as a fire tv. Alexa is much more fun and as an elderly person I appreciate all of these features and the larger screen. Since the echoes have been organizing my life since the first one came out it is a blessing to see and hear it so much better. I cannot comment on all the new cool features as I haven’t had it but a few weeks but I really love it! Only thing is prime needs to up the number of devices you can watch it on.

Mine was originally defective but I got fast customer service and it was replaced in about 3 days. New one is perfect. The visuals are clear and bright. I have watch a show on it and all though the sound was that great (too low) the colors and picture was great. I am going t try to use a Bluetooth speaker to see if that helps. Other than that it is easy to use and has some great features.

I have been looking at the Echo Show 21 since its release. I just couldn't justify spending that much on it, especially since we already have a Fire TV Omni, which does a lot of the same things. But I decided to treat myself to something I really wanted. Now, I don't use it in the kitchen or as a family command center. I use it in my office. I work from home, and up until now, I had a large chalkboard calendar at my desk to help keep track of the day's tasks. But I was always having to pull it down, wipe it, and update it every month, which was fine, but I wanted something that synced with my work Outlook calendar, my personal Gmail calendar, and my school calendar. The chalkboard calendar was big, but not that big, and adding new tasks meant redoing portions of the calendar each time. I replaced it with the Show 21; my calendars update and sync automatically without me having to do anything! The Echo Show 21 has so many additional benefits. I sit at my desk, and it's right there to show me my calendar. I can also easily look at our security cameras whenever I need to, track all of our Amazon deliveries, and more. When I have a little downtime, I can check out the news or watch a show while I work. Alexa helps me with my spelling; I talk to her the same way I would talk to a coworker or myself. I know a lot of others don't like some of the new Alexa+ voices. I enjoy my, I think, female #2 voice; she's nice, relaxed, respectful, and enjoyable. I don't have anything bad to say; any previous routines I had set up carried over seamlessly with zero issues. I love the Echo Show 21 and am so glad I made the purchase!

We got this for our kitchen, we were thinking of getting the Starlight calendar but since we already have lots of Alexa devices we decided to give this a try. It replaces a smaller echo we had in the kitchen. We love it, but with all the functions would form with it mounted vertically. Still, it does the job and has a great picture. It is nice to have the built in fire stick so it doubles as a television for us. Despite being small, the speakers sound great when we stream music and it is nice to see the lyrics on the screen (If you use Amazon music and turn that option on) It looks great and fits into the room well. Over all, we love it. Since it only requires 30 watts, I am going to get a POE to power adapter and power it from one of my network POE++ switches so that it won't go down during a power outage. You come to depend on these things...

I’ve only had the echo show 21 for two days so far and I only hope it continues to perform as it is. So far I love it! Easy to install and set up. Love the Alexa+ and it’s like having your own personal assistant at your fingertips. You can talk to her about anything. Lots of great features such as the calendar, fire tv, your smart home devices and it’s customizable. Took a search online to figure out how to get the remote to connect but once I figured that out everything else was a breeze. Not sure how long Alexa+ is free with it but I do wish they included it for free considering the price of the Alexa in general. Something that costs that much to purchase should come free and considering AI is available on platforms such as Snapchat, facebook and so on why is Amazon charging for it?

I don't know what all the complaints are - I've had every Echo Show made and this thing is awesome. It is complex and will take while to learn all of the capabilities - but...I have read so may complaints about it wont do this or it only does that - but that's not true at all. It's NOT perfect , but it's a GREAT improvement over everything in the past. I love it and look forward to learning to use it better than I can now. Sound quality and picture quality are both most impressive. My wife and I easily combined our Google calendars - played the Fire TV, and instantly re-connected with ALL my Alexa controlled devices ...Some of the cameras are a bit slow to connect - but just as they are on your phone.

I love this version of the echo. I placed it on the wall in the kitchen, and it is like having a T.V./Tablet with voice command. If you bought yours and the remote does not work, don't follow the instructions they give to pair up remotes because they are for all devices specially firesticks. Instead, go to the echo settings, and pair it from there. It is much easier and simple. This is a great product.
