This guy is great!
I love this walker! It's very sturdy and well built. The wheels roll smoothly over door sills, rough ground and cracks in sidewalks. I have balance difficulties and a walker that stops cold because of a change in walking surface, like a raised piece of pavement in a sidewalk, is likely to throw me off balance and cause a fall. The wheels are quiet, soft rubber and grippy. I love that! The brakes stop the walker solidly. Although like any walker, you can still move the whole walker when the brakes are on, there's much more resistance than with the ordinary, most popular walkers with the lift-up seats, and the wheels themselves don't move. I'm MUCH more confident with this walker than the old Medline walker. The one that everyone has. This walker is a little heavier, but folds much flatter and smaller, which is great in restaurants, where "parking space" is usually nonexistent.. It can fold to roughly the size and shape of an umbrella stroller, although it's heavier. This is so worth the money spent on it! I've had it a short time and people stop me to ask me about it all the time. It's a beast! In a good way. One thing I'd like to note. I live on the High Plains and the wind here is extreme. Chicago's got nothing on us! I was crossing a wide street in a high wind and felt my old walker sliding from under my hands. The wheels are hard plastic and I felt in danger of losing my balance because they were skidding on the pavement. This walker would never do that. The softer rubber grips the walking surface. I feel 100% safer with this walker and that means everything if your walking is compromised. The only thing I've had trouble with, after 2 years, is a wheel that keeps coming off. Replacement bolt and washers is $20, including shipping, which is absurd. Disappointing but we'll suck it up and buy it. It's still a great little walker.

Very Happy! This is SUPERIOR to other brands I have owned.
Bought for general use as a 2nd walker, for easier to fit into a Prius. Other walker is an expensive, all-terrain, great for gardening, but hard to fit in car and too bulky in crowds or at medical appointments. Super easy to assemble (just insert front wheels and untie back wheels assembly). The seat is comfortable, the folded walker is significantly smaller than my others, but has the benefit of excellent stability due to placement of the rear wheels and the width of the frame. This design allows users the ability to walk forward without leaning over, since you have ample space to walk with the frame. It weighs 20 lbs, in case you need help lifting it into a vehicle. I looked around a lot and this seems fits all my needs for stability, compact folding & ease of use. I am giving a 3rd walker away, since the Vive Folding Walker will fit all my needs. The all-terrain is for gardening. Note: The front bag just slips on with 2 loops so it falls off easily. Remove for folding. I am going to add Velcro strips on each side of the walker and the bag. (just the wide peel and stick type should do.) Minor issue & not enough to change my mind. Great walker!

an excellent choice for mobility impared folks so as to aid in travels
An excellent design, sturdy but lightweight for improving mobility for elderly to help with travels. Has a footrest style feature to help climb curbs and also has great wheels for smooth movement and navigating curbs and potholes. Brakes and brake locks work great. Amazing fold-up capability.... folds to fit inside a medium sized wheeled duffel so can be stowed as carry-on airline luggage, folded up it is smaller than all other rolling wheeled walkers I have seen and tried. I would definitely recommend and would buy again.

This PINK LADY is strong, sturdy, stylish and smooth!
My 82 yo mom LOVES, LOVES, LOVES, LOVES her โPink Ladyโ! Itโs so lightweight that it can be folded with one hand and easily carried with one hand. Itโs so light that sheโs able to lift it with one hand to bring it from the street to the sidewalk or over large stones, whenever necessary. She drives it over all kinds of terrain and it handles bumps and jolts and maintains its stability. It folds so compactly that we have no problems storing it on the back seat and doesnโt take up much room in the trunk. Itโs unique and stylish; she gets compliments wherever she goes. Itโs VERY stable and sturdy โ she takes it with her when she goes to her Silver Sneakers classes and sheโs able to complete the routines because once she locks the wheels, the chair strongly supports her gyrations. The only reason I didnโt give it 5 stars is that there should be a clasp to hold the unit together when it is folded into its most compact configuration.. All in all, itโs a GREAT rollator.

EXCELLENT equipment, for a very reasonable price
I can hardly say enough good things about the design of this outside walker. It folds up practically with the use of a pinkie as the nylon seat has a flat handle in the middle and all you do is lift it, and the walker folds so flat. In addition, (I am an 82-year old woman) I had no problem lifting it off the garage floor to put it on the floor of the legroom of the back seat. From there I just lightly pushed it over so that it fell the length of the legroom there. It could probably have stayed upright. At the destination again I reversed the process and had the thing standing and unfolded to its active form, and walked all over 'Central Market in Austin, with my upright shopping bag on the seat and manage to walk upright to avoid back pains. In addition, its cheery color (mine is red) was so uplifting. I can recommend this 100% to anyone who may have balance problems, or who may have to sit from time to time as it has double brakes, one set to just slow down on a slight hill perhaps, the other to lock it if one needs to sit.

Great Walker!
I bought a European-style walker a few years ago from a medical supply place and spent about three times what I paid for this one. When my mom came to winter with us this year, we decided to get one for her to use while she was here. When we couldn't remember where we bought the other one, I decided to look to Amazon. The European-style has some advantages over the most common rolling walkers here in the States. It folds easily and is a more compact. Other walkers I've had take up a lot of room in the trunk of the car. In fact, with the walker in the car, there wasn't room for much else. We can actually get two of the European-style walkers in the trunk of our car and still have a little room for other things. The back two wheels on this one will fold up to take up even less room than the other. Another advantage is the distance between the front wheels and the back. When you stand, you are standing between and in front of the back wheels, so you don't accidentally kick the wheels while you're walking. That also means that you are able to stand up straighter, not leaning over to keep your feet away from the wheels. I'm thrilled with this walker. Now, when my mom heads back home, I'll have one for each car. Another advantage? This one is pink! My other one is a boring gray. :)

Vive Rollator Walker/Make sure that you are getting the specific features that you intended.
I researched the rollators quite a long time before making the decision to choose this particular make and model based on what its features claimed and amount of money being spent. The two biggest selling points for me were the "all terrain wheels" and ease of folding and then righting for taking in and out of vehicles as advertised. Being handicapped, I found neither of those claims for this model to ring true which was a huge disappointment. The wheels were a plastic with a few light raised lines around them (not the all terrain rubber wheels as was written or shown in the picture for the exact $136.00 featured in advertisement * The unlocking mechanisms to fold the legs both up and down were nothing short of a struggle each and every time when trying to get the rollator in or out of a vehicle. So it is sturdy for indoor use and sturdy enough for sitting on to rest and there is an ease of pulling up on the middle handle to narrow the width when getting through tighter spaces ( perhaps in and out of isles in stores) and then quick to snap back and lock into full width. Way to much trouble to try and return when I was making a much needed replacement for the one I was currently using. I don't hate it, I just don't like the lack of truth in advertising concerning this particular rollator. Thank you for your time.

A little heavy but fantastic for outdoor mobility
This Vive Folding Rollator Walker is a little heavy at 20lbs but it's fantastic for outdoor mobility. It arrives well packed and almost completely assembled. All you have to do is snap in two wheels and attach the walker bag to completely assemble. I was super impressed at the size and quality of the wheels, as well as the fit and finish of the walker. So this walker has 4 wheels (two of which rotate 360 degrees for great maneuverability), hand brakes, a mesh seat, a back rest, adjustable hand grip height, and a detachable walker bag to hold your belongings. It can be folded up fairly easily for transport by pulling up on a strap in the center of the seat. The two front legs can be folded up, also, and the front wheels can be removed for compact storage. The wheels are oversized and designed for all-terrain use. It weighs 20lbs so it's a bit heavier than some rollators but it also adds stability, which is good when using the walker on rough or uneven terrain. I got this for a friend who has had about half of one foot amputated but must return to work before the wound is completely healed. She has a special boot but I noticed that she was still somewhat unbalanced when walking - especially on gravel or grass. This is perfect for her. She takes the bus to work and this makes it much easier going from the bus stop and back. The wheels roll easily over all sorts of surfaces and the hand brakes work very well. She also finds the seat to be comfortable and a welcome place to sit while waiting for the bus. Our only complaint was that we can't figure out how to attach the walker bag. It has velcro straps but no instructions as to where to attach them. I think this is an excellent walker for someone who is strong enough to manage the 20lbs when necessary and for someone who needs to use a walker outdoors. My friend is young and can easily manage to fold this walker up and take it on the bus with her. If you just need one for indoor use, there are lighter rollators which will serve well.

Super helpful for my mobility
I normally use a wheelchair to go out but wanted to try walking a little more and going some places that are less wheelchair accessible. However I get exhausted/light headed really quickly and need to sit down a lot. This has been a great solution. It folds down easily and is relatively light so can put in and out of car boot quickly and easily. It is smooth to push and feels steady. If I lean my full weight on it I don't feel unsafe. The seat is sturdy and comfortable. Brakes seem to work well. The bag is super useful and has a shoulder strap if you want to take it off the walker. I was worried it would be too short for me but I have the handles one notch down from the highest setting and it's the right height. I'm 5'9". As a relatively young person I like the modern design and colour choices too.

Good sturdy rollator, wide seat and great colour
Very sturdy, good for larger person, looks great lovely colour gets a lot of compliments a little heavy but that probably makes it sturdier than others. Runs smoothly and good brakes. Worth the extra in price.

EXCELLENT MOBILITY WALKER
I,m 85 recovering from a fractured hip ( knocked over by running dogs ) and required something suitable to walk the fields again with my dog. I,m on sticks at the moment and not too steady at anytime without support and having looked at all the possible solutions from scooters to walkers I decide this was the one for me. It was so easy to unfold and get up and running and my dog is happy to walk along on the lead. It is stable so I feel very confident. The brake system is very effective and the seat is absolutely ideal. It is well made looks good and I am so pleased with it.
