I like headphone/headset flexibility
This has grown on me... Not literally! When I first got these I thought of returning them but left it too late. They seemed very temperamental at connecting. However I think it was the instructions, or at least my understanding of them. I like the idea of separate mic as I can wear these as normal headphones without looking too much of an idiot. However you need to keep the mic bar in a safe place. I wouldn't save headphones sound quality is fantastic. But I'm not a good judge I mainly listen to spoken word, not music. I use these a lot for conferencing. They connect to phones easily but as I said can be temperamental with pcs/macs. The mic needs to be connected to headset before it connects to laptop. Ultimately I use the Avantalk USB soundcard dongle with laptop, which I found I already owned. This has proven far far more reliable than Bluetooth direct to laptop.
