Sounds great compared to a hd 3k has way more clean power would recomend just make sure yoy have the big 3 done with a few spare agm battery

Killer little amplifier. If you would have told me 10 years ago that this little amplifier puts out 3000+ watts, I would have smacked you back to reality lol. I just got back into car stereo in the last two years and I'm extremely happy and impressed with this amp. I'm driving a single 15" Rockville destroyer and it's sounds phenomenal. Since I came from the jl1000 era, I never understood how important extra batteries and battery cable size means. This is a thirsty little monster. I have 0/1 cable and a 200 amp alternator and it's not nearly enough juice and thankfully it goes into protection for low voltage clipping. After figuring this out, I'm in the process of welding up a battery tray for the trunk, obviously for an extra battery. I also bought battery terminal and amplifier terminal adapters that can use two separate 0/1 wires. Hopefully this will allow enough current to supply the amp what it needs. This is a good amplifier and if you have any issues with it shutting off when the bass hits and you turn it up just a couple more notches, it's not the amp, you're not giving it enough power..... Also would recommend an in dash digital volt meter, the taramps remote bass knob and a higher output alternator. I'll update with some pictures and hopefully I can find a reasonably priced spl meter by the time I update
