How many 4G internet data will this Xega 4G Solar CCTV use per month?

Depends on actual working conditions. In general, 2 to 3 GB of internet data are sufficient for a month. Costs with pre-inserted unlimited SIM card: approx. €12.9/30 days. Note: The Eiotclub SIM card is only compatible with XEGA 4G Camera Series.

Does the 4G Camera Solar also works fine in winter? And Can I remotely disable the 24/7 continuous recording function?

Yes, it also works well in winter. If it's temporarily switched off, it will automatically switches back on when the sun reappears. You can remotely enable/disable the 24/7 continuous recording function as needed.

Does Cloud storage present privacy risks?

Support TF card storage (NOT included) and optional Cloud storage service (30-day trial). No one can access the camera unless you share it with them. Note: 24/7 continuously recorded videos will only saved on the TF card, not on the Cloud.
