I had a slight problem with this machine at the beginning because after a day or two one of TENS channels stopped working. The same thing happened twice with two different machines. However. I will still give it five star rating because of the prompt and efficient help I received from the customer care team. On both occasions when the machine malfunctioned, as soon as I texted them on Whatsapp I received a reply, and when they understood what the problem was, they immediately arranged to have the machine replaced and within two or three days the old machine was taken away and a new one delivered. Full marks for their service. The machine that I have now works very nicely and has a most beneficial effect.

Earlier I give only 01 point but after clarification from customer care I am giving 5 star. Particularly customer care services. Machine is working well. Minior problems which I can ignor. Customer care is willing to exchange the product but I can manage without it. Customer care executive's humbleness and willingness to help is exceptional otherwise generally it is only gimmick as I saw in many times. At last - Good product, if any issue, it can be solved easily through customer services.

Review after 5 years ……..it is still working properly infact perfectly so you can buy it easy to carry for home visits…..
