Nice pan, nice price
Very nice Dutch oven for sourdough. Here’s a tip: when you put your dough in the VERY hot pan, stagger the lid over the bottom pan. Easier to remove lid halfway though the bake!

الجودة جيدة وثقيلة والغطاء محكم... اشتريتها من اجل الساوردو وكانت جيدة جدا ... مشكلتها الوحيدة ان اليد صغيرة لذا يجب الحرص عند الامساك بها وهي ساخنة...
